The group project was to create a business itinerary for two employees going on a business trip to China. There were some knowns and the time frame was set. 
This was to show that everyone on the team had to make sure that each milestone was met and if not, what could be done to correct it.

A project manager or team member can use MS Projects to create a project plan and manage work. It has project, task, and time management features that includes Project Home, different project views, dependencies, milestones, and task scheduling. It integrates with Microsoft Teams, generates reports, and automates workflows.
